On May 22, 2025, the “Sino-EU Exchange Forum on New Quality Productive Forces” was held in Zurich, Switzerland. The event was hosted by the Haidian District People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, and co-organized by Beijing Zhongguancun Science City Innovation Development Co., Ltd., Beijing Haikai Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., Legend Holdings, and China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) . The forum was attended by many delegates from the political, business, and academic sectors across China and Europe, including Chen Yun, Consul General of China in Zurich and Liechtenstein; Zhang Ge, Party Secretary of Haidian District; and Lukas Huber, Managing Director of The Greater Zurich Area Ltd. (GZA).

Will Wong, Founder and CEO of Wingderm®, joined the event as a representative of Haidian-based tech companies. During the forum, he signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with SWISS clinitech sàrl. They will work closely together to drive the expansion of innovative aesthetic medical devices in the European market. Zhang Ge, Party Secretary of Haidian District; Cheng Wanhui, Director of Industry Division III at the Zhongguancun Science City Administrative Committee; and Xin Guo, Mayor of Dongsheng Town in Haidian District, were present at the signing ceremony.
